Founder of TRNx Fitness & Recovery
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Personal Trainer
Dr. Cintya Aguilera, DPT
TRNx was born out of a personal need to deliver the best care to my patients. Having nine years of experience in the healthcare and fitness industry, I’ve seen a huge dysfunction in our medical system and the way we deliver care to patients. Healthcare professionals are well too often limited by time constraints and insurance criteria. Creating TRNx is my first step at delivering the level of care people deserve to get them to their highest level of performance without limitations.
About Me:
From an early age, I fell in love with the game of soccer. My desire to become the best player I could be led me into the world of fitness and health. I was incredibly fascinated by the way the human body works and responds to both exercise and nutrition. Today, I continue to be passionate about health, fitness, nutrition, and the human body as a whole. I am a firm believer in tackling common injuries and health conditions before they happen. Exercise is medicine and when dosed correctly, using a whole mind, body, and spirit approach, the benefits are limitless. This is why at TRNx we address fitness, recovery, and prevention using a holistic approach along with nutrition to optimize your overall level of health and get you to the next level.
